Leadership

Praveen K. Chakraraj

Co-Founder and President/ CEO

Praveen is a seasoned global business leader in Information Technology with more than 20 years of software development, IT consulting, business development expertise, as well as philanthropism. Prior to co-founding SunTechPros, Praveen worked for multiple Fortune 500 clients as an Oracle ERP consultant. Praveen holds a master’s degree in computer applications from Osmania University, India. Praveen has for numerous years demonstrated a tremendous passion for promoting significant positive change in local communities and individuals, while engaging citizens in various roles for several non-profit organizations. Praveen is an ardent cricket enthusiast, since early childhood.

David L. Burchette III

Director of Recruiting Services and Talent Delivery

David brings over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology staffing and direct placement arena in roles ranging from Recruiter, Account Manager, Branch Manager to National Director of Recruiting, for multiple firms. David has been part of teams as a “hands on” sales and recruiting professional, as well as mentoring, motivating and leading large teams of technical recruiters.

David grew up in the greater Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina area and attended Elon University where he graduated with a B.A. degree in Philosophy, minor in Religion. David is extremely passionate in all that he does, especially for being an integral contributor in the delivery of top quality I.T. talent to customers.

Rick Foor

Director of New Business Development & Client Services

He specializes in building relationships with Executives and Technology Hiring Managers while working in collaboration with them to deliver top notch IT Professionals on a contract, contract-hire, or direct placement basis.

Rick has worked with companies of all sizes, from Fortune 500 organizations (Cisco Systems, Bayer, Glaxo SmithKline, Gulfstream, Nucor, Bank of America, etc.) to smaller and mid-market companies.

Rick inherently understands that Employees and Contractors/Consultants are vital and valuable assets to organizations, and he is driven by the unrelenting pursuit of aligning expert IT Professionals with innovative companies. Customer satisfaction is what it's all about, and Rick works tirelessly to achieve that goal.

When not working, Rick enjoys sports, travel, and being heavily involved in his community, including coaching baseball teams for his sons in the local Little League and various all-star/travel teams

Pankaj Nawal

Sr. Recruitment Manager

Pankaj brings over 20 years of experience in IT Staffing – with a penchant for negotiating win-win solutions. With his focus on exceeding client expectations, he has a unique ability to understand his clients’ human capital needs and offer strategic customized solutions. He has a passion for building strong, value-based relationships with candidates and ensures every interaction to be positive and professional with consistent communication and follow through.

Pankaj holds an MBA in Marketing and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Indore, India.

Mouli Somayajula, MBM, PMP

Business Capability Manager

Mouli has over twenty years of experience in IT in various roles and responsibilities, with significant portion of it as business liaison and project development manager having worked in Federal, Regulated and Global Organizations. He has successfully managed several complex and cross-functional projects and business initiatives, working directly with business SMEs, Product Owners, Head of Functional Departments, Directors and Senior Leadership teams. Mouli has interfaced with the business, playing a key role to understand business needs and requirements and partner with IT teams to ensure that business requirements are understood, and appropriate solutions are developed and implemented.

Mouli has Masters in Business Management from Colorado State University and has quite a few certifications which includes PMP, Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud etc., He has successfully managed several large scale Salesforce implementations and development of business solutions which includes Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud and CQP, Integrations, Migrations and Communities.

Besides work, he is an ardent nature lover and he loves to do camping, hiking and stargazing. Of course, he plays tennis and enjoys walking in the green trails.

Management and Staff

Rekha Singh

Rekha Singh is our Manager of Human Resources with 11+ years of experience, the last 8 years have been with SunTechPros Inc. She has notable experience in strategic human resource planning, performance management, staffing, federal and state law compliance, employment contract negotiations, employee benefits, compensation and payroll, training and development, and management coaching.

She holds a Master's degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Indian Institute of Mass Communications and a Bachelor's degree in Business Applications with a Degree from Duke University in Human Resource Management Program.

Anita C

Anita is a Senior Technical Recruiter who has been with SunTechPros since September 2007. She has over 20 years of overall Information Technology experience, including over 12 years as a technical recruiter, and 8 years’ experience as an Oracle PL/SQL Application developer.
Over the years, Anita has developed a passion for mastering the full lifecycle recruitment process and successfully placing the right consultants for the right roles.

Nidhi Goel

Nidhi Goel is a Senior Technical Recruiter at SunTechPros for more than 5 years, with overall 10 years of IT Recruiting experience. She holds a Bachelor's in Commerce from Utkal University. She moved to North Carolina from Boston and loves the weather here. She is skilled in full life cycle recruiting and has experience placing candidates for contract and permanent positions. She loves to watch movies, listening to songs and cooking.

Gopi Krishna Addagulla

Gopi has been with SunTechPros since 2017 as a Market Research Analyst. Skilled in Market Risk for Management Information Systems (MIS), and Strategic Planning. Gopi is a strong marketing professional with a PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications) and a PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) from Osmania University.

Prabu K

Prabu is a Senior Information Technology Recruiter with 4 years of total experience and has been with SunTechPros for the past 3 years. He holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science from JNTUA, India. His interests and hobbies are badminton and music (singing) and he has passion for volunteering, being involved with local charities.
